RestArt Boutique Hotel – Payment Link Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of payment links provided by RestArt Boutique Hotel, located in Dilijan, Armenia ("Hotel", "we", "us", or "our"). By completing a payment via our secure link, you ("guest", "you", or "your") agree to the following:
1. Scope of Services
Payment links may be used for:
Room reservations and deposits
Event tickets and participation fees
Pre-orders from our menu (food, beverages, or gift items)
Add-on services (e.g., guided tours, workshops)
2. Payment Process
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase and reference number.
Payments must be made in Armenian Drams (AMD), unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Room Reservations:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in your reservation terms.
Event Tickets:
Tickets are generally non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by the Hotel.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date or refunded upon request.
Menu Orders:
Prepaid menu items are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service.
4. Booking Modifications
If you wish to change your booking date or services, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price differences.
5. Security and Data Protection
All payment information is encrypted and processed via a secure third-party system.
We do not store your full card details.
Personal data provided during the transaction will only be used to complete your booking and communicate essential updates.
6. Liability
RestArt Boutique Hotel is not responsible for technical issues, payment gateway failures, or external security breaches beyond our control.
In case of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings or orders.
